Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are popular and effective because they effectively bind with water molecules to restore smooth volume to the skin. However, most traditional hyaluronic acid injectables on the market are created using high-heat manufacturing processes. Because hyaluronic acid is heat-sensitive, elevated temperatures cause the molecules to denature. This breakdown increases the activity of natural enzymes that degrade filler, leading the body to metabolize the hyaluronic acid more rapidly.

Evolysse stands out by taking a different approach to aesthetic injectables. During your appointment, you will meet with one of our expert injectors to review your medical history, discuss your aesthetic goals, and address any questions or concerns. Based on your unique facial anatomy and desired goals, your specially trained injector will evaluate your facial structure to determine whether Evolysse Smooth, Evolysse Form, or a tailored combination of both formulas is ideal. Preparation

Each patient will receive detailed preparation instructions at their consultation with one of our medical experts, who will guide them on how to best prepare for treatment. Patients must follow each instruction given by a member of our team to achieve the best results. The expert injector may ask patients to temporarily refrain from taking blood-thinning medications and refrain from consuming nicotine and alcohol for several days before their treatment. On the day of treatment, patients should arrive with a clean face, free of makeup and skincare products.

Procedure

An Evolysse dermal filler procedure is performed in-office and typically takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Our expert injector will begin by cleansing the skin and mapping the exact injection sites. They will then apply a topical numbing cream to ensure the patient is comfortable. Using precise techniques and microcannulas or fine needles, the injector will place filler beneath the targeted areas and, if necessary, gently massage the area to help the gel integrate seamlessly into the tissue.

Recovery and Results

After the Evolysse treatment, recovery is very limited. Mild redness and tenderness are common immediately after treatment. However, because Evolyssee is manufactured with Cold-X™ Technology, swelling is typically very limited compared to other dermal fillers on the market. Most patients return to normal activities the same day. Improvement is immediately noticeable, and your results will refine over the first few days as any minor localized swelling settles. Depending on your body’s natural metabolism and the specific treatment area, Evolysse results can last up to twelve months. To help preserve your youthful, smooth appearance and maintain optimal volume, your injector may recommend follow-up treatments annually or biannually for longer-term aesthetic maintenance. (3)

However, your final results will appear between two and four weeks when the gel fully integrates with your facial tissue and settles in.

Can Evolysse be dissolved if needed?

Yes, like other hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, both Evolysse Smooth and Evolysse Form can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed.

How long will Evolysse last?
