Obagi saypha MagIQ is Obagi Medical’s first injectable filler. MagIQ is a temporary hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler with built-in numbing to minimize any discomfort.

Preparation

Procedure

MagIQ dermal filler treatment is performed in-office and is relatively quick. The exact timing depends on the treatment scope. Our expert injector will begin by cleansing the skin and mapping the exact injection sites. They will then inject small amounts of MagIQ into targeted areas. Rather than creating noticeable “filler pockets,” your injector will often layer or fan the product in precise locations of your face to support natural contours. To assess how the dermal filler interacts with your facial expressions and fine-tune placement in real time, your injector may ask you to move your face, speak, or smile during the process.

Recovery and Results

Similar to most HA filler treatments, recovery is typically limited, although individual experiences can vary. Mild redness and tenderness are common directly after treatment, but most patients return to their normal activities the same day.
